BGSVS organised its first stimulating Youth Parliament (Lok Sabha) simulation on Tuesday 3 December’24 engaging students in an interactive discussion on the pressing topic of Digital India and Cyber Security with the agenda encompassing cyber security threats, data privacy and the emerging issue of digital suicide.
The event commenced with a ceremonious welcome address by Principal Ma’am emphasising the importance of empowering young minds to explore contemporary issues like technology and cyber threats. Students represented various constituencies as Members of Parliament, engaging in debates and drafting policies similar to the Indian Lok Sabha.
The simulation underscored the value of youth participation in technology discussions while equipping them with critical thinking, public speaking, and teamwork skills to contribute to India's digital future.
