Capacity Building Programme for Educators   

The ELT week organised by Oxford University Press consisted of series of webinars that explained various strategies to teach poems, story-telling, grammar etc in an interesting and effective manner.

    English Elocution Competition was organised for students of class I – VIII on 17 July 2020 and 18 July 2020 to mark the anniversary of Nelson Mandela.

      BGS Vijnatham School conducted a quiz on "Life Skill" on Tuesday, 14 July,2020 for the students of Step V to VIII.The purpose was to build students overall understanding of life skill that is needed to deal well and effectively with the challenges of life. The students participated with full enthusiasm and after successful completion of the quiz they got a Certificate of Appreciation.

        An online quiz was organized for the students to acquaint them with the life and struggles of Malala Yousufzai - who worked extensively for girl’s education.

          In continuation to our pledge to preserve and rejuvenate the environment, BGS Vijnatham School organised plethora of activities during the Van Mahotsav Week between Tuesday, 07 July 2020 to Friday, 10 July 2020 to sensitize the students about the importance trees and forests in the ecological system. The students participated with  creative and innovative ideas.They expressed their views with sheer confidence and poise.

            BGS Vijnatham School celebrated Guru Purnima on Sunday, 5 July,2020. In order to pay tribute to all the Guru's who have played an instrumental role in shaping our learning and overall development, an audio of 'Guru Bhajan' was shared with the students in  My Live  Class .  Children participated  in the celebration by anchoring and performing  dance on the  virtual  platform to thank their Guru's.

             It was a indeed mesmerizing moment for everyone  as they  remembered their teacher's who sculptured their life.

              The school has implemented the MyLiveClasses virtual learning platform starting July 01, 2020 bringing online classes, assignments and assessments under single platform. The teachers were given demo on the platform on 30 June 2020. The platform has received an overwhelming response from all the stakeholders.
