BGS Vijnatham School, celebrated Christmas on 24th Dec'20 . Ringing in the spirit of love, happiness and joyfulness, our children spread the aura of positivity as the year says good bye. The children brightened the environment with positive hopes in their prayers and eyes. From watching a video about Jesus birth to singing carols and dancing on their favourite tunes everyone enjoyed the celebration. The joy in their eyes shows the light of hope, a hope to meet each other soon, come back to their classes, do the mischief they used to do and be the favourite of their teacher. Everyone wished health and happiness as they step ahead for the winter break.

The Edutalks organised a 2day Online Bootcamp on Teaching Competency Course on 21st and 22nd December 2020 wherein they highlighted the importance of blended and hybrid learning. It primarily focused on blended learning which is the need of the hour. The facilitators discussed about various online and offline tools which can be used to enrich the learning experience of students. Educators got hands on training on various Edutalks tools and their effective implementation. Overall, it was quite an enriching session for all.

EXPRESSIONS ’ the way we express ourselves.

BGS Vijnatham school, Greater Noida, organised the first virtual Inter School Competition, EXPRESSIONS 2020 on 19th December’20. With around 115 participants from 15 leading schools, the event turned out to be a huge success, as the students showed great zeal and passion by participating in six enriching activities ranging from show and tell, musical and craft, mind churning mathematical and poem recitation. It was a treat to the eyes to see the enthusiast students representing their school with great pride and honor. The event provided a great platform and opportunity to share knowledge and showcase the creativity, imagination, endeavours, and hard work of various enthusiastic participants.

This session highlighted how British English Language is taught step by step. It was also emphasised how innovatively lesson plans can be developed and the way sense of learning a language be infused. The session stressed that a child can very innovatively and productively apply it in later in his life.
