Special Assembly   

BGS Vijnatham School, Greater Noida(West) organised a special assembly on Friday, 23 August 2019 to mark the celebration of Janmashtami- the birth of lord Krishna. The event was full of vibrant cultural performances by the students that kept the audience enthralled during the entire event. The Pre-Primary students stole the show with their mesmerizing performances. It was spectacular event full of enthusiasm and exuberance.
    An Open House is an event held at an institution where doors are open for all parents to allow and look around. It gives the parent an opportunity to

    BGS Vijnatham conducted its first Open House on Saturday, 17 August 2019 that brought the entire BGS Vijnathamese family together. The event was successful as lot of queries put up by the parents were resolved by the teachers. Parents shared  positive feedback and suggestions to support the teaching - learning process.


      Independence Day
      Special Assembly   

       "Who for their country die shall fill an honoured grave, For glory lights the soldiers tomb And beauty weeps the brave".    
       BGS VIJNATHAM School, Greater Noida celebrated Independence day on Wednesday, 14 August 2019 with great  enthusiasm and pride by hoisting the flag accompanied with various cultural and patriotic performances. The celebration was a tribute to all those who laid their lives for the Independence of our motherland.


        Rakhi Making

        An interclass Rakhi Making Competition was held at our school on Tuesday, 13 August 2019 for all the primary classes (step I to step VII). All the students participated with full zeal and the rakhi's made were made using decorative materials and paper quilling.


          Talk Show
          'Invaluable Role and contribution of Elders'.   

          A 'Talk Show' was organised in the school premises on Friday, 9th August 2019, where the students of Step VI and VII participated in the discussion on the 'Invaluable Role and contribution of Elders'. 
          The students  enthusiastically shared their experience with the elders and also the predominant role they play in transmission of culture, traditions and values.. 
          It was a great new learning experience for all which they enjoyed thoroughly.


            DEAR Activity
            Drop Everything And Read   

            DEAR activity has been a regular feature at BGS Vijnatham School but with a difference. Its conducted once a month with a zeal to encourage reading anytime, anywhere and anyhow.
            The activity was conducted on Friday, 9 August 2019 in the school pentagon for step I -VII where children enjoyed reading in the open area and found the pleasure of reading.
              “A healthy outside starts from inside”
              Early  years is a preparation for a human child to be physically, emotionally and socially strong and capable to live a happy life further. “ Munch”   on Thursday, 8th August 2019,  as we  believe physical development starts with  proper nutrition intake. We motivated the kids to eat bananas within a particular time frame. Children enthusiastically enjoyed the activity and made it lively and fun frolic.


                Rhythmus Swing

                The enthusiastic  tiny tots of Pre Primary wing participated in “Rhythmus Swing” competition on Wednesday, 07-08-19.   Children’s readiness and  excitement made this competition more energetic . Children recited their favourite rhymes taught by the mentors . Their joyful initiation helped in achieving their first step towards public speaking.
